Rosalia

Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is an Spanish flamenco and pop vocalist. Since her teenage years she has been a participant in pop music and flamenco. She also explores other genres like hip-hop soul and trap. Pepe Habichuela Flamenco guitarist with a lot of talent, describes her voice by saying it was sweet with an old-fashioned bite. El Mal Querer gained her critical acclaim and commercial success following her debut album Los Angeles was released in the year 2017. This album won it an award called the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist. The track La Fama with The Weeknd came out. Motomami, her third album included songwriting collaborations with Cory Henry and James Blake. The set was released in the month of March 2022, following an appearance of the single Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was the only solo performer on the show for the very first time ever on the show. Motomami Rosala was also the recipient of three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, was the first woman ever to receive both awards.
